Literally took of work to go talk about mortgage options - made an appointment and everything mind you I just started a new job so I don’t have PTO to begin with - the chick left and didn’t tell anyone she had an appointment - LIVID
I had been written a check by a reputable M&T customer, I presented the check at M&T for payment after an hour drive from my house, after being told they would charge me 2 percent, the teller then stated they would not cash the check without speaking to there customer, I never want an M&T check again, poorest customer service ever and waste of my travel time 👎
