It was really easy to set up an appointment over the phone. When I came in, Kay was ready for me, answered all of questions, and explained things to me thoroughly. I was in and out, they’re very efficient and friendly here
The women, not the men, they are misogynists in my experience, but the women are wonderful. As a disabled woman they made every effort to accommodate me with kindness. Absolute worst bank to deal with. Wouldn't let me withdraw money because I didn't have a valid reason. It's my money I can spend my money. Will be closing all accounts
