Great people. Great bank.
Today I went to the South gate plaza office and they couldn't figure out to make my mortgage payment for me... so I left and went to the Slade Branch. Hunter there took my payment and made it with confidence and no issue... I will only be going to this office from now on.
Very bad with helping customers when you walk in 💔 They take very very very long time to serve you😑
I receive checks written from this bank that I can't cash at this bank. My first attempt wasn't a problem, but today, I was told that since I don't have an account with them, that it would be a $3 fee to cash it. I used to have an account but they would rearrange withdrawals in order to charge overdraft fees every chance they got! I do not recommend this bank to anyone. They are money hungry and customers are worth less than $3 to them. I'll never go back.
