If I could give Zero stars, I would. I don’t have an issue with M&T as a whole, just this specific branch. I went in yesterday to withdrawal money from my savings account. The teller, refused to give me my money because she said, since I didn’t have anything specific planned with the amount I requested to withdrawal, it was suspicious. I then told her that I planned on paying some bills and she replied with that’s not a good enough reason. Excellent service! Always satisfied with experiences there. Sarah and Taylor are courteous and professional.
Stay far far away from this location. Sarah Nicholson is the branch manager, she is currently under investigation with the FDIC.
Dealt with a young lady ( Meagan Dybalski) over getting a certified check, transfer funds and she was extremely polite, helpful and even recommended ordering checks. Took all my issues resolved the problem and even went the extra yard by a follow up phone. I received 5-STAR SERVICE.
