Really bad customer service
If I could give Zero stars, I would. I don’t have an issue with M&T as a whole, just this specific branch. I went in yesterday to withdrawal money from my savings account. The teller, refused to give me my money because she said, since I didn’t have anything specific planned with the amount I requested to withdrawal, it was suspicious. I then told her that I planned on paying some bills and she replied with that’s not a good enough reason. Stay far far away from this location. Sarah Nicholson is the branch manager, she is currently under investigation with the FDIC.
