My husband and I have banked here for over 10-years now. We have multiple personal accounts, our mortgage, and business accounts with this branch. Over the last year or so, the customer service has been terrible. I'm not sure what has occurred internally, because we used to have exceptional service. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The reviews given so far are from impatient self righteous individuals. I have found my experience with my bank pleasurable. The people at this bank care and they show it. They gave me a very beneficial account setup. I feel safe and I appreciate their support. If you're a jerk don't bank there. Happy people work and bank there. ♥️
