One teller at peak hours. Do better!
There is an employee named Tara here, and she is one of the worst I have ever met. First, she had me sign up for a CD during the pandemic. Months after the CD was done, I was told by another teller at this branch that M&T was discouraging CD openings now bc of the state of the economy. But Terry highly encouraged it. So, she completely wasted my time and energy. Then, I had an issue with payroll. I called this bank and Tara answered. She explained that there was nothing she could do since she can only see the same that I do.... read more

Usually its great..i know the 1 teller... but today there were 4 people behind desks and 1 behind the counter...DURING THE LUNCH HOUR... not happy..i even voiced my frustration but i was ignored
