This branch of M&T is the best at customer service! I'm a customer of another bank entirely but needed to handle an estate account at M&T and this was the closest branch to me. Robin Woodring was so kind and helpful with closing out the accounts with multiple beneficiaries in different states. At another visit I ran into an issue with M&T's probate department and Tracie Testerman went to bat for me. She was knowledgeable and calm under pressure!
