Kayla (sp) at the Milford branch deserves a raise this young woman helped me in my worst moments today and I’m so unbelievably grateful for her! Thank you for your continued service and dedication to your customers!!
Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff at this branch. They gave me bad information that wasted a week of my time and didn’t even have the common decency to apologize to me. I’ve been a customer with M&T bank for well over a decade and will be closing my account. Do yourself a favor and go to the PNC bank instead.
If you choose this bank you're CRAZY. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ON HOLD SINCE AUGUST 3, 2024... NOBODY WILL TAKE IT OFF, NO REASON FOR IT TO BE ON AND I GUESS THE NEW NORMAL IS EATING SHIT

Don’t bank with M&T they will cancel your card with out your permission if you have sums of money in it and attempt to withdrawal it from the ATM…. No protection for the customer just them, will be posting all interaction with M&T so people can see how they treat their customers.
