Warning this bank has a liquidity issue. They refused to give me my money, told me a maximum, I asked for a lesser amount than what they said, and they refused again...
Kayla (sp) at the Milford branch deserves a raise this young woman helped me in my worst moments today and I’m so unbelievably grateful for her! Thank you for your continued service and dedication to your customers!!
Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff at this branch. They gave me bad information that wasted a week of my time and didn’t even have the common decency to apologize to me. I’ve been a customer with M&T bank for well over a decade and will be closing my account. Do yourself a favor and go to the PNC bank instead.
