I stopped by the Silver Creek branch today to payoff an auto loan and get a lien release. Everyone in the office was very nice and polite. It was great to work with Ashley and Cassadie.
They always are late on pending and pulling money my pending are always wrong then I wake up and owe well over 100 bucks every other week the banking system is a scam I have overdraft shut off my account but yet money still gets pulled to pay random stuff weeks after I pay it I'm about to go to key Bank been with them for 4 years and have always had problems I opened a savings account and the lady never put my paperwork through so I can't even check my balance atm tells me it can't be completed overall the bank sucks
They weren't able to help me with what I needed
Would give a zero to this whole company if possible. M&T has canceled two of my bank accounts without any notice and for no reason. Their online support is pathetic and every time I’ve called have been met with rudeness. Was told to go in branch and was treated like an inconvenience with no help received. Will never do business with M&T again and if you’re smart you won’t either. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and they make it very known.
