Some employees like Shannon, Jen and one other original lady are good employees. The rest let you sit there for 10-15 mins saying nothing. Barely busy but extremely slow and standoff attitude that made me and my man get up and decide to drive all the way to a different branch to get better service. Do better. Came around 3ish to get transcripts faxed to our mortgage lady.

This location is racist. One incident… shrug it off maybe it’s just me … BUT multiple incidents … and the same pattern of passive aggressive behavior and comments from different employees mind you … not just one then there’s obviously a problem . I only go to this location because it’s convenient. But it’s always something , the bank tellers are RUDE and have no customer service, making something so simple like going to the bank … unnecessarily unpleasant
Went into Aberdeen branch to deposit money in someone’s account with only a number and I was greeted with A plus service by Mrs Kim she was very sweet and hospitable and helped me through the process. Good people amazing service.
Wonderful experiences with thus bank. Victoria and Shannon @ aberdeen location are excellent!!!. Can't say enough about how great Victoria is- exceptional!!
