Went here, arrived early, see an employee leave and walk right past me and did not say, ohh, this branch will be closed today. This is rude and inconsiderate of peoples time. There are better banks out there that you can work with, highly advise finding another bank.
Some employees like Shannon, Jen and one other original lady are good employees. The rest let you sit there for 10-15 mins saying nothing. Barely busy but extremely slow and standoff attitude that made me and my man get up and decide to drive all the way to a different branch to get better service. Do better. Came around 3ish to get transcripts faxed to our mortgage lady.
