They closed today due to weather from YESTERDAY never updated anything but the door sign saying they closed due to bad weather. They had a parking lot full of upset customers this morning because of this. This is by far the worst bank in Delaware County!

Thieves. Beware. They will take fees out of your account for service charges that are not even supposed to be there. DO NOT FALL FOR THE ACCOUNTS PACHAGE ! They will talk you into opening more accounts to make the monthly fees eliminate themselves. You will end up with more accounts than you even needed and a ton of monthly service charges for each account. Crooks . Worst customer service or lack of. Worst branch. Worst bank.
Worst bank around. Check your accounts daily on business and personal accounts . You will be charged fees out the a$$. Calling them on a weekly basis to get it fixed and they are notorious for never returning phone calls . Worst customer service I've ever experienced . You've been warned
