Exceptional customer service!
Very rude teller trying to cash a check that's from there bank and acting like I stole the check even called my boss to ask who I was . Wow gave her my license I won't recommend anyone to go to such a disrespectful business .
I've have my current account with M&T for almost 20 years and have been doing business with them for years before that. While I won't specify a name, the teller I see at the Seneca Falls branch seems to always be in a bad mood. Her attitude is that customers are an inconvenience to her.
