Anytime stoped by at lunch nobody is available . They have only 2 tellers and others are always missing at desk. This is all happening last 2 years
Tellers are always very kind and courteous!!!! I’ve been a M&T customer over 35 years and they continue to amaze me with their professionalism and high levels of customer service skills!
Brought a check drawn on them for a vehicle purchase and they couldn't cash it due to a "head cashier being unavailable" took it to another branch "we dont have enough cash on hand" beware of taking a check from M&T they will find excuses not to honor it. They will however deposit it....
