I have banked here for years. They were Wilmington Trust a local bank. Now M&T. They find every way to take advantage. Had a rate of 3% for savings. Went to 1%. No notice. Told it was a special rate. Manager promised to look into it. Two weeks later he's gone. I am closing my accounts by the end of the month. Awful and Frustrating come to mind.
The worst bank ever. I go to the drive up window to deposit $3000. They told me I had to come in. For what I don’t know. I deposited CASH. they put a 3 hold on my money. Never heard of a bank that put cash on hold
