Staff isn't properly trained. I go to this bank for my company to deposit checks. I've done this process for years. And for no reason she tells me I can't do it. When did the policy change? Can't answer the question.Why can't answer the question train your staff properly.
My husband and i went to the bank Saturday 9am to ask questions about our accounts and deposit money- our one card would not work card would not work at the atm. The one woman at the counter with knit cap on, was working on my husbands request when another woman working the counter asked me if she could assist me. My fiance and I had begged with PNC for quite some time. Turn because we use Cash App on a business account for a purchase. A terminated account so we were forced to make a choice. My husband and I are new to the area. Horrible customer service over the phone from a banker named Steve. He was completely stoic, not warm or friendly at all. Was non responsive to my questions about a loan, and was quick to rush me off the phone. I wanted a simple answer about debt to income ratio for a loan my husband and I were applying for, and he could not even answer simple questions with any helpful detail. Shame on M & T for letting their customer service slip. We will be switching banks!
