I have a bad experienced with their Inside ATM machine, they took almost 6 weeks out to find out if the amount was missing from the machine; the date i made the dispute, I’d need never receive my money back anymore. I lost couple $$$ from that ATM inside the branch. When the ATM was error, they’d need to find out immediately, if not you will never get your money back.
Excellent service
I have banked here for years. They were Wilmington Trust a local bank. Now M&T. They find every way to take advantage. Had a rate of 3% for savings. Went to 1%. No notice. Told it was a special rate. Manager promised to look into it. Two weeks later he's gone. I am closing my accounts by the end of the month. Awful and Frustrating come to mind.
