Our local branch is very professional and helpful. This review is for MTB corporate, which I'm giving 1 star. I'm a long term customer going back to Wilmington Trust. For the last year, MTB corporate customer service numbers are not being answered. This never happened before. If a human being finally is on the line, they are all outside of the USA.
