This is a great small town bank where I regularly go. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, and the tellers are always very friendly and helpful. They even remember customer's names! Savannah was super helpful with setting up accounts.

M&T bank charges excessive fees without properly notifying account holders, in addition to the usual fees and exorbitant interest rates. That might be typical but whats gets 1 star is their attitude. I told this Bank the M&T web banking was down often. they were uninterested and shrugged off my inquiry saying I was unimportant and nobody had issues with it so I must be lying even though I had printed out proof it was acting up.Terrible, rude demeaning g attitude towards your valued customers.
