Great, M&T bank is phenomenal, friendly staff, waiting area, lots of parking, drive-up atm.
I recently sold my home. The buyers used M&T Bank. M&T drug their feet. They did not turn in their closing documents on time. Closing was postponed several times. It cost me so much out of pocket for the postponements and it pushed the closing of my new home out. I would NOT recommend using M&T Bank. They just don't care about people and how their actions or lack thereof affect other peoples lives. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is the bank that holds my vehicle loan. I always pay my bills on time.. if not early. For whatever reason, my FICO score went down 8 points because this bank reported to Eqifax that I missed a payment, causing my balance to increase. The employee I spoke with stated that there was no record of my October payment… In spite of the fact that I had a canceled check that they ENDORSED.
