DO NOT BANK WITH M&T BANK. Their fraud department is an absolute joke. I used my card at a gas station, my information got stolen, and fraudulent charges were made on my account. I filed a dispute and they barely investigated anything before denying my claim and refusing to return MY money. The branch staff were completely useless and gave no real help or answers.
