DO NOT BANK WITH M&T BANK. Their fraud department is an absolute joke. I used my card at a gas station, my information got stolen, and fraudulent charges were made on my account. I filed a dispute and they barely investigated anything before denying my claim and refusing to return MY money. The branch staff were completely useless and gave no real help or answers. This cherry hill nj office has a white woman banker with glasses with short dirty blonde hair,whose office is on the left soon as you come in the glass doors. She’s rude, unprofessional and pathetic. Came in here to cash a check and in front of the whole bank she yells across the desk on why it couldn’t be cashed,instead of walking her lazy unprofessional self around to the sitting area where I was located.
