This is a very nice bank! It's always clean and the staff are friendly!
I was being helped by the teller with a problem with my card and a lady walked up and said you have a line and he can wait. (there was one person behind me) so I had to wait 15 minutes to get it straightened out
It's a great bank, but I had a bad experience with the ATM. I tried to deposit cash on Saturday and it wouldn't accept it. It would have been nice to go in when I was having trouble, but they aren't open on Saturday's.
I went in here last Wednesday morning and told them i didn't have an email to set up a checking account appointment using their online service. you cannot set checking up using their online service without an email. the teller said no problem and they were supposed to call me to set up an in person appointment and they never called me. so i guess business isn't that important to them. Key Bank hooked me up Friday afternoon, without the email.
