After 8 years of service with this bank I’ve finally had enough of their BS. Terrible customer service refusing to let me withdraw my money due to a cracked license, a debit card that had to be renewed because their atm ate it. I have no access to my money I’ve given them… So do yourself the favor and don’t use this bank. Regardless of how many years you are loyal to them they will treat you like a person who just walked in for the first time. Go with empower, a union bank with great customer service and LOYALTY!
This is a very nice bank! It's always clean and the staff are friendly!
I was being helped by the teller with a problem with my card and a lady walked up and said you have a line and he can wait. (there was one person behind me) so I had to wait 15 minutes to get it straightened out
It's a great bank, but I had a bad experience with the ATM. I tried to deposit cash on Saturday and it wouldn't accept it. It would have been nice to go in when I was having trouble, but they aren't open on Saturday's.
