I needed to open an estate account, my mother passed away. I went to this branch office. I went to a teller thinking I would be able to sit down with a banker. I was never asked my name of if I had an account. The teller didn’t even say anything, just started typing. After about five minutes, I was told they needed to make copies of my documents and they would create the account in about five days. I wasn’t comfortable, left and went to the M and T in Auburn. No issues, they created the account that same day.
