I received a refund check spent 15 minutes waiting just for them to come back and tell me that something was wrong with the check. I called the people who issued the check as well as the bank and they said that there was nothing wrong with the check I took it to another M&T location and they were able to deposit it with no problem in less than 10 minutes. I also went to this location for a second time to get a new card issued to me because my old debit card was worn. They again that they couldn't issue me a card because of a... read more
Awful customer service. Didn't have my license on me and apparently a scan of it, my actual social security card, all of my card details, and being actively logged into my M&T account wasnt enough. I was treated extremely rudely and this was the final nail in the coffin. Won't be back to this branch nor will I be continuing to use my account. I'll be switching banks asap.
The girls there are bullies, every time I go there the girls are SO rude! Switching banks because of this...wow
Not impressed with customer service. I went through drive thru window. I needed to deposit $6000 cash as I had sold a vehicle. The teller asked for ID (fine) which isn’t typical for a deposit and completed the transaction by notifying me that they don’t do transactions of more than $1000 in drive thru. Next time I should come into the branch. Feeling was she was just being difficult. It was a very cold and snowy day and it should not be necessary to come into the branch to deposit cash, nor should I have to show ID. Ridiculo... read more
