This branch TOTALLY screwed up. I'm two weeks into this mess, solely because the teller put the WRONG ROUTING NUMBER on the form that I was required to have her fill out and sign. She laughed about being new while asking a guy behind a wall what to do. She filled it out wrong, now I'm chasing thousands of dollars! The solution they offered? My father has been using this bank since I can remember. Hes worked 40 hours a week for 35 years. And M&T bank denied him his loan request so he went and got it from someone else. When the funds hit his M&T account they decided they needed to freeze his account and deny him access to his funds. After being on the phone for an hour they had no answers for him and no eta on when his funds will be available.
