Branch manager Lisa is great!
I had someone hack into my phone and they got into my m&t app the next day I Walked from my job to the bank to get a new account. I got lost and called the bank I explained the situation to a woman who was more concerned with getting home on time then helping me she went as far as giving bad directions and hung up on me. I found the bank because of passerby. This branch is outstanding. A great team: personable, professional and customer service oriented.
Staff is always very professional. This is where I like to go and do bank business when digital tools will not suffice.
