For the most part I enjoy banking with M&T bank but my sentiments were changed today.Heavy set guy with glasses st the downtown location needs to be trained on addressing clients. Do better!!

Someone set me up an appointment with Valissa Rice did not even check if she was in the office wasted my time coming there and wasted money on parking.
Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Worst bank to deal with. Put my card on hold and did not inform me. Blocked a check that I received from my father and suspended my whole account. Wasn’t able to access money for almost 2 weeks. They were impossible to get a hold of and had to go through about 7 people to get it unblocked. Horrible business.
