I bank at this branch occasionally. The staff and especially Elaine, have always been very pleasant and helpful with any one of their services I’ve had to use. I would highly recommend banking with the Vestal M&T bank.
Call the week in advance so they’d have the money ready for me to cash my check. Talk to them before I went down there. Got there told me they didn’t have to cash the check. Told me they’d call me back by the end of the day never did. Had to call them when I talked to Ashley she told me that they couldn’t cash the check because they needed a paper trail. This check was written by their bank the check is the paper trail. Not to mention they took copies of my drivers license and the pay stub attached to the check. What a joke ... read more
