Monthly I use the drive thru to make a payment on my credit card. They have always been helpful.
Friendly tellers
Very inappropriate questioned as to why I signed over my insurance check to my daughter. The women even went as far as to ask the sorted details as to why I was issued such a check. I would not recommend this bank to anyone unless of course you want to give your private life history to a Nosy bank teller.
I’m around 12 years late writing this review but I wanted to post it anyway because I despise m&t so much. I was 20 years old making $11/hr to support my wife and newborn son when m&t took my entire paycheck in overdraft fees. They charged me a $39 overdraft fee 10 different times. I asked them why my card didn’t get declined if I didn’t have the money or overdraft protection and they told me that it was to “save me the embarrassment of my card being declined”.
