I had a great experience! Staff were all pleasant. The place was clean. The only negative was the wait time. It took about 45 mins because there was only one lady who was helping ppl open new accounts ect and two tellers. Even the security guard was really nice.
As a small business owner, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service. I opened a personal account at another branch and they set the bar high so I assumed the service would be consistent. If you choose to bank with M&T you might wanna check out the one in Clinton,MD. This branch is unprofessional.
I sent in my deposit at drive through 20 minutes ago...still waiting in this heat.
Rude customer service staff!
Horrible, rude, and ignorant. They should call America's Hood Bank. It seems like dude from dont be a menace trained them. Totally GHETTO
