One of the WORST banks that I have ever visited. The Branch Manager's attitude is DEPLORABLE AND DISPICABLE. PASS ON THIS BANK IF YOU SEE IT. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BANK AGAIN.
UPDATE: Honestly, I was ready to close every single account I had with M&T after a few frustrating experiences I had with M&T as a whole (not just this branch), but after speaking to Karen at this branch, she literally helped me get everything back under control. This is by far the worst location among all the M&T Banks. I normally come in after lunch to avoid the traffic. They usually have two tellers, but one is always busy, and the other one tells you to wait. They have one employee who sits at her desk, I guess, waiting on individuals who want to open accounts or have more extensive banking needs. They are never friendly.
