This branch has the best customer service out of all the branches i been to in 3 different states. Karen is the main reason i go to this location specifically and i have closer ones near by. Soon as i walk in she will stop what she’s doing just to help me even if there are tellers available, instead she brings me into her office to take care of me and thats happened on multiple occasions. I am big on customers. I want to say thank you to Karen she was very understanding of my needs and was very patient with me. I closed on an auto loan recently and she helped me from the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out with the most exceptional customer service I’ve experience in a long time. THANK YOU KAREN!

On my way to Star bucks, I just had to leave this review for potential customers who love good service. Thank you Karen Sims the experience here at M&T Bank is awesome. Im always greeted with a smile by everyone! Mrs.Sims is my favorite amongst all the friendly associates. Mrs.Sims has great product knowledge and she is very helpful. My only question is why can’t every place of business have the same level of service as here?
