Karen and Misha are the worst. This is the type of bank where you need to video record all interactions because they will screw you over in the end. Do not trust them. Get everything in writing and/or in email and in writing. No face to face in person conversations should be believed.
This branch has the best customer service out of all the branches i been to in 3 different states. Karen is the main reason i go to this location specifically and i have closer ones near by. Soon as i walk in she will stop what she’s doing just to help me even if there are tellers available, instead she brings me into her office to take care of me and thats happened on multiple occasions.
