Great experience at this location. We had a local bank that deposited my husband's work checks directly for many many years. We stayed with them thru many buy outs and name changes. But customer service no longer existed there, prompty a bank change. M and T has certainly gone above and beyond in customer service. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Easy parking. Not busy but teller was helping another customer. Another staff person came immediately to help me. Nice easy transaction.
