The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They’ve started to recognize me and some of my family members as this M&T is our go-to bank now. The staff was helpful when we had issues and helped us get back money we continuously got falsely charged from by another company.
The worst experience, made appointment at 3.40 and half hr pass, no one came to say a word, I had to ask them and one of them said, sorry I’m in the middle of sending a email and ignore me completely! The worst
Very friendly and helpful. Only wish they were open later than 4 on weekdays but that may be a problem with not having enough employees. Open on Saturdays which is helpful.
