I was witness to what should have been a simple exhange...cashing out a small CD that was ready to expire. Because it was inherited after a death, they didn't know how to handle it and referred to their "back office", which I'm guessing is headquarters. A call there was handled abruptly and rudly...directing us back to the branch. It took 2 more trips to the branch to get it ironed-out. Right hand didn't know what the left was doing. Not impressed.

They should fax something for you especially if you have a account with them I had a account there n they faxed a paper for me for free with no problem
Very friendly associates and willing to help you
My husband and I have been doing banking with this branch for years. We had a document which needed to be faxed. We called asking if we could get the document faxed at the branch. We do not have our own fax machine. I am in awe of the fact they couldn't, wouldn't do this for us. Whatever has happened to customer service or just good business practices!!?? I am disappointed that first off, the document was mailed months ago but, not received by the recipient, due to our wonderful government mail service and secondly, our bank... read more
