Do not dare do banking here. Sad to admit it's been 15+ years I have had an account. I primarily use Members1st but have kept this inactive account as back up. Since day one has been nothing but a nightmare. The online banking technology is outdated and constant issues. The staff at the Manchester branch is consistently rude. The hours are wildly inconvenient. Most recent issue is $1100 magically vanished. I deposited cash into an ATM, it said transaction had failed yet my money is gone.
