I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences with M&T Bank, particularly when trying to withdraw money from either a personal or business account. Even when I call ahead to arrange a large cash withdrawal, I have been told the funds would be ready in a few weeks. Yet when I arrive, I am sometimes told the money is not available and that I need to drive to another facility that is much farther away. Convenient walk up OR drive through ATM
Been banking with M&T Bank for the last 16 years of my life. Never missed a credit card payment until a month ago, had no notification I missed it because they never updated my account info over the 3 times I came in in-person for them to update my address and now they have closed my credit account. My account should honestly be studied because the level of incompetence for a simple address switch over 3 different in-person attempts proves a lack of employee training is evident.
