I was given a direct deposit slip with the routing number for Maryland instead of Pa.... I live in Pa, I was at a Pa bank, so Idk why my information wasn't aligned with that. SMH. I had to come in to cash my checks. Victoria didn't ask if I wanted my money available immediately... Idk why I wouldn't want my money asap... or why she couldn't take 3 seconds to ask so maybe I could deposit some and take some home. Had nothing but great experiences here. Teller staff are very nice and Sherry has been a great, friendly help for me and my husband on multiple occasions.
Went today to set up a new account. Very easy to do. Justin M. was very friendly, took the time to explain everything in detail, and was patient with my toddler. He gave my LO a toy which my LO was/ still is very excited about. His help Definitely made the process alot easier exp with a LO around
