I was given a direct deposit slip with the routing number for Maryland instead of Pa.... I live in Pa, I was at a Pa bank, so Idk why my information wasn't aligned with that. SMH. I had to come in to cash my checks. Victoria didn't ask if I wanted my money available immediately... Had nothing but great experiences here. Teller staff are very nice and Sherry has been a great, friendly help for me and my husband on multiple occasions.
Went today to set up a new account. Very easy to do. Justin M. was very friendly, took the time to explain everything in detail, and was patient with my toddler. He gave my LO a toy which my LO was/ still is very excited about. His help Definitely made the process alot easier exp with a LO around
Just recently moved to Hanover and moving up here my bank account had Fraud I called Customer service which they were super nice and very friendly and helped me out a lot, but I had to go into the branch to get a new card I told them what happen and got my card issues the Very next day, today I went in to cash a check and couldn’t but that was fine cause it was something on my ended but everyone in The Baltimore Street branch helped me out cause this is only my second bank account and don’t really understand banking really w... read more
