Been with M&T for about 3 years. When it came time to renew my card, everything became a nightmare. They had my old address on file, no big deal. Except I had to wait on hold on the phone for 30 minutes to correct my address, then I was told I needed to call back in *3 weeks* and THEN they'll send me a new card. What a ridiculous mess lol. So 2 phone calls later and 5 weeks of a wait, I finally got my card. THEN they told me they couldn't change my pin from their automated one to my requested one. I was given a direct deposit slip with the routing number for Maryland instead of Pa.... I live in Pa, I was at a Pa bank, so Idk why my information wasn't aligned with that. SMH. I had to come in to cash my checks. Victoria didn't ask if I wanted my money available immediately... Idk why I wouldn't want my money asap... or why she couldn't take 3 seconds to ask so maybe I could deposit some and take some home. Had nothing but great experiences here. Teller staff are very nice and Sherry has been a great, friendly help for me and my husband on multiple occasions.
Went today to set up a new account. Very easy to do. Justin M. was very friendly, took the time to explain everything in detail, and was patient with my toddler. He gave my LO a toy which my LO was/ still is very excited about. His help Definitely made the process alot easier exp with a LO around
