M&T Bank customer service is amazing... (best of all locations I thnk) I am a senior + stopped in Shrewsbury PA at M&T and Mariy helped me SO MUCH - she was so friendly - kind - and very helpful -asnswered all my questions -- thank YOU SO MUCH!!
Don't bank here. The people aren't nice, especially the officers. Had one straight up treat me like a threat (I'm not a threat to *anyone*, I'm passivist) and also lie to me, I guess because I was irritable; I hadn't eaten in days and frankly she was rude and condescending when discussing my loan proposal.
