Had to make a wire, was busy all day and got in at 3:25 closing is at 4. They have all the info for the wire as its in the system from past wires. The clerk was so rude, and told me. She is booked, and cant help me today. Then when I asked for her to double check because it would take to minutes and she gave me more of an attitude. She finally messaged her after I told her I was going to bank some place else. Its crazy poor service. M&T Bank customer service is amazing... (best of all locations I thnk) I am a senior + stopped in Shrewsbury PA at M&T and Mariy helped me SO MUCH - she was so friendly - kind - and very helpful -asnswered all my questions -- thank YOU SO MUCH!!
Don't bank here. The people aren't nice, especially the officers. Had one straight up treat me like a threat (I'm not a threat to *anyone*, I'm passivist) and also lie to me, I guess because I was irritable; I hadn't eaten in days and frankly she was rude and condescending when discussing my loan proposal.
