Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional staff. This bank does not value its clients, and I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with them
I was here yesterday and hour before they closed and Max helped me out on a fraud case I was going through in M&T Bank system. Safe to say it was sorted out just TODAY and was not called off or was told that it was not their problem like the other branches! Thanks Max!
Reading all these reviews on customer service I am confused, and assuming they got rid of the toxic employees. I called this branch to help me with a time sensitive wire transfer that was being made and Scott was the absolute best person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was genuine in his want to help me, and he was on top of everything, called me back to update me, went above and beyond by making numerous calls to departments trying to resolve my issue. This place is worst. The teller have standoffs attitude and branch manager never around. Than Ryan guy there barely know what he doing while trying help others.. AOR..
