I was here yesterday and hour before they closed and Max helped me out on a fraud case I was going through in M&T Bank system. Safe to say it was sorted out just TODAY and was not called off or was told that it was not their problem like the other branches! Thanks Max!
Reading all these reviews on customer service I am confused, and assuming they got rid of the toxic employees. I called this branch to help me with a time sensitive wire transfer that was being made and Scott was the absolute best person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was genuine in his want to help me, and he was on top of everything, called me back to update me, went above and beyond by making numerous calls to departments trying to resolve my issue.
