Just bad business. They favor certain customers. The manager is useless. My father and I had to close our accounts because someone filed a fraud claim but there was nothing fraudulent that we did. So instead of investigating and making the person who filed the fraud claim close their account, they made us close our accounts. Also the teller there makes too many comments about what you doing.
Absolutely worst service at this bank, the only bank I’ve seen that lacks so much professionalism. On the phone the clerks sound like teenage girls who are in the high school team, more sass than actual help. And in person is no better either, I’m just shocked how this branch is still running. Only gave it two stars beacuse the old lady clerk is nice and she deserves better. But for all the younger bankers, good luck.
