They're not set up for a modernized e-commerce environment and they haven't invested in my business although they make money off my business account. Find a better bank that can take a risk on its clients

Was trying to unlock my online banking, Boris was very rude and unhelpful, just try to bypass this guy, spent more than 30 min with him and he didn’t help at all, useless !!!! Next day I went to Manhattan branch and this people fixed my problem for 10 minutes!!!!
