Very BAD customer service ..I was there 3 mins after the business hrs,but the middle east lady still standing by the door talking to another lady,I just need to usd thd ATM.MY M&T Bank card can not open the door,I show her the card from outside also told her atm only,she just refused to open the door for me,I got in when that lady finally finished talking with the bank's worker...
Look out for Nafisa, A Lady with a Heart of Gold at the Forest Hills Branch on 67 Avenue I Went to Update my Account n was pleasantly surprised with the smooth Sailing Process. She was so so Efficient tht she made sure to streamline my Debit Card,Online Banking which was A Blessing. She Deserves a 10/10
