For some reason all my pay checks have been delayed for over a month. And just recently I found out there was some type of joint account underneath my account. Not cool. I’m switching banks. I can hardly log into my M&T account staff is okay. How ever do not appreciate the delayed services. It’s my money ……I need it when I deposit. Not 2 weeks later.
I definitely would not recommend using M&T bank or james Ciallela for anything unless your trying to waste time and money. He was always unresponsive and unhelpful when I needed advice or assistance. The process of getting a loan through M&T Bank was very time-consuming and a horrible experience over all. James was never around when I had questions or needed support, and often ignored my emails.
