I've been in Beacon now about 23 years and have always done my banking there. The tellers, bank manager, and financial consultants are like family to me! The service is ALWAYS top-notch, personnel are very friendly, and with the remodeling, the envionment is even better!
Very terrible place not professional at all. The workers there acting like they owned the place. They need to learn how to talk to the customers !
New customer to the area. Found all aspects friendly and customer satisfaction centered. Efficiently and promptly resolved an important issue of mine that a local credit union had dragged their feet on for the past 4 months. Highly recommended!
