Saturday I was told I needed to make an appointment. I Called and talked yesterday, they said come in and open an account. I came in and was told to stand in line and after 30 min I got to the counter and was told to go sit down and wait. Absolutely terrible customer service.
This bank closed my account that I had with them for years and took $1,600 from my account and NO ONE ever contacted me or would call me bank and they can't tell me where my money went... horrible customer service..if I could give NO STARS I would..I highly recommend if you have a account with them move it before it happens to you..I'm not the only person this has happened to from this bank...BE AWARE
