I'm currently sitting in their lobby awaiting access to the Safe Deposit Boxes and 2 people are in their offices without customers (they just left). I've been waiting 15 minutes and no one has even acknowledged me and YES, they can see me. It's no wonder banks are closing. The Customer Service is atrocious!
So I attempted to get the bonus $ for opening an account that was advertised. I did this from home and somehow fraud was suspected so I was invited to come in and show my ID. When I got there, the teller acted all weird and said they were “declining to continue the relationship” as if I was scum or attempting to commit fraud or theft. Very strange and awkward.
