customer svs is terrible
If a bank were a restaurant, I’d eat here every day! In fact, I’m greeted by name with a smile by the manager and head teller. In about 8 years, I’ve waited online only once with one person ahead of me. They provide smart banking options and services that are helpful to their customers based on the customer’s banking style, patterns and personal finances.
I've been a customer for many years and have been very satisfied. There was one instance where they held an out of state check for 5 days which resulted in an overdraft. This didn't make sense because the check was from a Wells Fargo bank. That being said, overall, they have been very reliable and accommodating. Three years ago they were very helpful when my purse was stolen. They temporarily froze the account and made an otherwise difficult situation tolerable.
