I always leave this branch feeling targeted and scrutinized more than others. My experience here has always been negative. Every transaction made at this branch is treated with a level of due diligence similar to Nasa. I am Long time M&T customer, Kingston and New Paltz consistently have great staff.

The workers there are nice but this whole policy thing has got to stop being the excuse of every single thing that goes wrong because at the end of the day, it doesn’t make any sense.
