Today what an experience. I was racially profiled by the branch manager Gina Lombardi and Brittany Stofano. The minute I walked in there, Brittany gave me the look. I presented her my id and American Express as a back up. I had an account with M and T bank years ago. I owed the a balance. This branch does not have a coin machine to cash out Coins. Also tap feature on the ATM machine doesn't work. Why is that? they should be working. fix that.
