Sonia is a gem!!! She helped me with my savings bonds. She was so patient, kind and understanding. My account address was out dated and she went above and beyond to figure out how to help. I have belonged to 2 other banks who made no efforts to help. Just too bad can't help you. I will be switching all of my accounts over to M and T this week from this simple interaction. Customer service has been lost but not here. Thank you so much Sonia!
