Every time you go in to this branch, no one greets you, no one gets out of their seat to acknowledge you, no one is trained in proper etiquette or scripts, and everyone is MISERABLE
Went to deposit money into my account they were very nice and greeted me when I walked in, would recommend!
There never seems to be much business,yet when you do go in most of the time you aren't greeted very politely. I'm trying to get my mom to transfer
Tried to set up an account online for my son to cash his first check. Just jumped through a bunch of hoops at the DMV to get him an ID card so he could open an account. Of course the website was a worthless waste of time. After filling everything out it said we needed to go to a branch office. We went to the Bellwood branch office only to find out they have one person who sets up accounts and they were out for the week. Decided to go with another bank.
