Stopped inside to make a deposit and get my pin changed. The over weight disheveled woman got my account closed for some unknown reason. She should put that energy in to losing weight and minding her own business. Shady bank practices. They will search your transactions and rude customer service. TO SAY THE LEAST.
My family has banked with m&t since the early 70's. After the passing of my father we realized one of his accounts did not have a beneficiary listed. The reception was clueless, almost sending us down a rabbit hole, after threatening to close my accounts, I spoke with Tracy Apple that seemingly had some idea of how things work.
