It is a bit disappointing that ive chosen to leave feedback about M&T bank as I was the only cust9mer in the branch at the time this happened.. but this location took about 35 minutes to search and figure out if they could accept my military ID for cashing a check from my employer.. they actually told me they needed a Valid government issued ID.. (maybe the associate was new) then called over what i assume may have been a superior ... so i quietly waitied for them to get validation... im floored though all I can do is laugh ... read more
I have been with M&T since 2004 and two states of residence. Any issues are quickly resolved. Staff is dedicated to customer satisfaction. I just wish they had some branches in WV! Thank you for everything.
The branch manager Traci and personal banker Deangelo at the Sliding Hill branch were so very caring and understanding in helping me resolve a very tense situation. They went above and beyond what this reviewer would call exceptional customer service. They are wonderful people displayed professionalism at every point during the process.
