The branch manager Traci and personal banker Deangelo at the Sliding Hill branch were so very caring and understanding in helping me resolve a very tense situation. They went above and beyond what this reviewer would call exceptional customer service. They are wonderful people displayed professionalism at every point during the process.

Okay bank. Have several banks that we use and this is my least favorite. Not a people friendly organization.
This is not a good bank. There are some people that work here that harass and lie to me and my husband. One is manager named Ricardo Trinidad then the other person was named David Renner. Me and my husband walked into this bank and spoke to a nice woman behind the glass then Mr.David comes over and harasses me and my husband and tells us to speak to him in his office.
