This branch is worst when it comes to customer service. Unless you speak Korean, you will be ignored. Branch Manager Sarah and her regional manager Phil both are idiots and do not care about customer
Great new location with drive up ATM
Came here a year+ ago to refi our mortgage. "Specialist" claimed she'd do research & get back to us. Week later I called, left message, even went into the bank several times. Never rec. any call/help.
Do not mail deposits to the Essex branch. They have a habit of misplacing the incoming mail.
Avoid this Branch like the plague slowest service ever. 5 people behind the line two tellers working on a Friday. It's payday get a clue
I have always had great service from this bank..All the tellers know my name and welcome me when I go into the bank, the manager also know my name and are so very helpful to this math failure.
If you can, go to another branch. I bank with them for business and personal. 7 other locations I bank with are exceptional. This one however is slow, employees are rude and very inconsiderate.
Empty and they don't want new customers hahah
I absolutely love my bank.
