Great Bank Great products I've been with M&T since before it was M&T I started with Hamburg Savings and Trust in 1957 I'm very happy with Paige, Olena and the other girls at Tuckerton it is a very great Bank. I initially started at Hamburg Pennsylvania in 1957 but I live in Leesport now M&T is heads and Above the rest I highly recommend them
Great staff and amazing customer service!
It seems there is only one teller now who takes care of both drive thru and inside customers. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10am today-a Wednesday. There were cars in both drive thru lanes at the boxes and a man walking inside. After 8 minutes, neither car had gotten service and the man hadn’t left from inside. Cars behind me drive away-as did I. Terrible customer service. When you do get waited on , the tellers are very nice.
This is third time in two weeks went drive thru window, it takes forever Noone ever there and bank is empty !
My dad passed away and this was his bank. I live in the Poconos so it's not close. I needed answers dealing with his safety deposit box and M&T credit card. They were very helpful in answering my questions over the phone.
